  • Deionized water

Phase D

  • Dimethicone (60,000 cSt), Dow Corning 200 Fluid

Procedure

1.    Combine PART A:  Add Carbopol®* Aqua SF-1 Polymer to deionized water.  Add Sulfochem™* ES-3 Surfactant with gentle mixing.
2.    Neutralize to pH 6.5 with sodium hydroxide.
3.    Add PART B ingredients to the batch in order, while mixing.
4.    Premix PART C ingredients, and add to batch.  Mix until uniform.
5.    Add PART D ingredients to batch in order listed.  Mix until uniform.
6.    Adjust pH to 5.5 with citric acid.
